Description

This dataset contains the experiences and symptoms of menopausal horse riders through a targeted questionnaire, aiming to understand the unique challenges they face and how these may influence their participation in the sport. The responses were collected using a mixed-methods online questionnaire. There were 618 survey respondents, 613 met the inclusion criteria, with a mean age of 53.07 ± 0.27 years. The anonymous raw data is tabulated in Excel.
