Description

This record contains the Postgraduate Research (PGR) Research Data Management (RDM) Guidance Pack, designed to support postgraduate researchers at the University of Lancashire in planning, managing, storing, and sharing their research data.

The pack includes three resources:

1. Research Data Management: Survival Guide for Postgraduate Students – an introductory overview of core RDM practices.
2. Research Data Management: Full Guide – a comprehensive reference covering good data management, documentation, storage, ethics, personal data, and data sharing.
3. DMPonline Guide – a step‑by‑step guide showing how to create a Data Management Plan using the DMPonline platform.

These materials are intended to support good research practice, enhance research integrity, and help PGRs meet institutional and funder expectations. Updated versions may be uploaded to this record as the guidance develops.
