Berzins, Kathryn and Christian, Danielle and Aspinall, Georgia and Hansford, Lorraine and Thomas, Felicity (2026) Sustaining Poverty-Aware Mental Health Practice: Evaluating the Long-Term Impacts of DeStress-II Dataset. [DataSet]

Description

This dataset contains anonymised qualitative interview data collected as part of the NIHR-funded evaluation of the long-term impacts of the DeStress-II intervention. The study explores the sustainability and challenges of embedding poverty-aware mental health practices within primary care and community settings. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with practitioners and stakeholders to understand systemic impacts over time. Full interview transcripts are not openly available due to ethical and confidentiality considerations, as participants did not consent to public data sharing. Anonymised excerpts supporting the study’s findings are included in the associated publication: Berzins et al. (2026) Sustaining poverty-aware mental health practice: evaluating the long-term impacts of DeStress-II, British Journal of General Practice Open (BJGP Open), BJGPO.2026.0031.
